Good morning everyone! Last weekend I went to our nation capital! I had been too long since I visited. Some of you may know that I lived in Ottawa and spent 4 semesters at Algonquin College in their photography program. So, Ottawa is extra special to me other than the obvious historical awesomeness and that it’s Canada’s capital. I woke up early Saturday morning and when I saw the fog I was so excited that I just got dressed and ran outside with my camera. I attended my first workshop this past Sunday at Water’s Edge Event Centre were photographers and models came together to create images for personal use in portfolio or just to have fun. his month it was held at an old church that was made into an event venue.      May 24th, 2015 WWII Royal Air Force/Royal Canadian Air Force Honour Wall, Essex Ontario   I would say this was a magical day. The event was done so beautifully. A black Hawk flew over head (if you were there you would know the significance), a couple planes, Bag Pipes, Soldiers everywhere and loving Friends & Family.   My grandfather (Mom’s side) was a Photographer (runs in the family ;)) in World War II for the Royal Canadian Air Force.   I saw some of these photographs that he took.
